The Gunnison Valley Observatory, with its telescope featuring a 30-inch reflector lens is Colorado’s largest public observatory. Students, educators, residents and visitors are all welcome to attend the Gunnison Valley Observatory Friday Night Telescope Viewings and Lecture Series, but if you can’t make it, check out these images of the observatory.
